Where does Solar Generators and Power Stations Plus Anker products ship to? 

Orders are shipped within the Continental United States. Anker does not ship to military post boxes, or the following regions: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
(Note: Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products due to factors such as local/state laws, hazmat materials, large or oddly shaped items, or specific address types that some carriers cannot deliver to.)
 
How will my deliver be shipped? 

Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Anker products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route, but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.
Notes:
  • If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
  • If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. Anker will not replace the order or issue a refund.

    EcoFlow Shipping Policy

    The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

    Shipment processing time

    All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

    The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.

    Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

     

    Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

    You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be updated within 48 hours.

    If your tracking information has not been updated within 10 business days, please contact us at team@solargeneratorsandpowerstationsplus.com.

    Our current primary shipping carriers are USPS and FedEx (or GLS).

    EcoFlow orders are shipped to the contiguous United States (does not include outlying islands and overseas territories).

    We do not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

    We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to the delay, and other losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.

    Renogy Shipping Policy

    Renogy products have free ground shipping and can take between 3-5 business days.

    All orders must have a valid street address, expedited orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes. 

    Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages. For orders with a value of $200 or more, a signature may be required. If you would like to waive the signature requirement, you must let a representative know as soon as possible at 1-909-287-7111.

    Any orders in need of replacements due to shipping errors or damages in shipment will be sent out via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited.

     

    We understand that often professional installation is desired. However, we strongly suggest that you wait until you have received and verified the condition of your order before scheduling any work to commence with your new Renogy products. While we strive to provide the best quality products and expect a high level of service from our third-party carriers, we recognize that at times a product or particular delivery method does not meet our standards or quoted delivery date. Due to unforeseen issues potentially occurring, we strongly suggest that you wait until you receive and verify your products as we cannot be held responsible for delays in scheduled work.

    RICH SOLAR Shipping Policy

    RICH SOLAR offers a variety of shipping methods and free ground shipping on many of our products. Any items qualifying for free shipping are identified on the product listing page.

    Shipping times are based on business days (Monday-Friday) excluding holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages.

    For orders with a value of $200 or more, a signature may be required. If you would like to waive the signature requirement, you must let a representative know as soon as possible at team@solargeneratorsandpowerstationsplus.com.

    Please note that due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address, not all items are eligible for Two-Day or One-Day shipping. Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped.

    Any replacements due to shipping errors or damages in transit will be sent out via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited. Shipping damages must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date.

    Although RICH SOLAR holds high standards for quality and assistance for ourselves and our third-party carriers, we understand that there may be times when a product or delivery method may not meet our standards.

    As such, we recommend that you verify the condition of your order before scheduling any professional installation services or conducting any work. RICH SOLAR cannot be held responsible for any delays in scheduled work.

    Ground: Most RICH SOLAR products have free ground shipping offered. Deliveries will typically take between 2-5 business days

    Two-day: Two-day shipping is available for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Second-day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if placed by 12:00 pm PST on a business day or processed the following business day if placed after 12:00 pm PST. All orders must have a valid street address; expedited orders cannot be sent to PO Box addresses.

    One Day: One-day shipping is available for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. One-day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if placed by 12:00 pm PST on a business day or processed the following business day if placed after 12:00 pm PST.
